Skyline Sheet Metal is a commercial architectural sheet metal and building envelope contractor with an office in Boise, at 2885 S Cole Road. We work on commercial, institutional and healthcare projects across the Treasure Valley and throughout Idaho, including the Saint Alphonsus expansion work in Nampa and Meridian. Our own panel systems: SSMPER-X, our pressure-equalized rainscreen ACM panel system; Skyform, our custom-formed single-skin metal panel; and SkyCore, our honeycomb-core aluminum panel. Wall panel systems we install: ACM and MCM panels, solid aluminum plate panels, fiber cement panels (Nichiha, Equitone, Swisspearl), CeraClad, concrete panels, high-pressure laminate (Trespa-type) panels, rainscreen cladding, flush and reveal panels, corrugated and ribbed profiles, perforated and screen panels, column covers, soffits, and fascia. Thermal isolation and furring systems: we install thermally broken clip and rail sub-framing behind cladding. It reduces thermal bridging, holds continuous insulation in place, and helps projects meet current energy code requirements. Custom laser welding: our in-house laser welding produces clean, nearly invisible seams on aluminum and steel. That lets us make sharp outside corners, seamless returns, radius and 3D shapes, and custom trim that conventional welding or riveting can't match. The result is a crisp, monolithic look with minimal grinding or distortion, for one-off architectural features or production runs. Also: louvers, coping, flashing and trim, plus custom architectural sheet metal. We handle design assist, shop drawings, fabrication and installation, and we also offer supply-only fabrication for other installers.
