 | The People Operations Forum brings together Idaho AGC members who work in human resources, workforce development, recruiting, training, employee development, and other front-office roles within construction companies. The forum provides a space to connect with peers, share best practices, discuss common challenges, and explore issues related to attracting, developing, and retaining a strong construction workforce. Members help identify emerging needs and shape resources, education, and discussions that support both employees and the companies they work for. Join us for our quarterly meeting.
