About the Workshop
Take your project scheduling skills to the next level by completing the MS Project workshop series—three progressive sessions designed to build your confidence and capability in using Microsoft Project from the ground up. By registering for all three levels, you'll develop a well-rounded understanding of the software while learning to apply scheduling best practices at every stage.
Each level focuses on a critical stage of MS Project mastery:
MS Project 1: Scheduling Basics
Learn how to build, manage, and share simple project schedules using foundational tools and best practices.
MS Project 2: Diving into MS Project
Strengthen your skills with deeper scheduling techniques, risk awareness, and project status reporting tools.
MS Project 3: Advanced MS Project
Go beyond basic scheduling and explore features for risk management, integrated schedules, and resource tracking across projects and teams.
Complete the series to boost your scheduling efficiency and stand out as a confident, capable MS Project user in any project environment.

Who Should Attend:
This series is perfect for project managers, assistant project managers, project engineers, or anyone new to MS Project who wants to grow into a confident, advanced user capable of managing schedules, resources, and project risks effectively.
**Participants must have access to either the desktop or web version of the MS Project software before the class starts.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days before the class kick-off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to rockkie.dunton[@]agc.org.
Transfer Policy: All transfers must be to courses starting within 90 days of the original course start date. Send transfer requests to rockkie.dunton[@]agc.org.
AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 7 days before the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.

Technology and Participation
AGC Edge live virtual courses bring the education to you and your team – wherever you are! People attend from their job sites, in their work trucks, at home, in the office, in a conference room, etc. As long as there is internet, you are good to go! We’ve compiled the below list to help you understand how to best participate in the course.
For the classroom:
- Please have Zoom downloaded.
- Computer with dual monitor preferred.
- Laptop is good with a separate tablet to access the materials.
For participation:
- Camera, either built in or added on and ready to stream to the classroom.
- Headphones or earbuds with microphones are preferred
- Computer/device mic and speakers are ok if in private, quiet room.
- Each student should be on their own computer/laptop/tablet, if possible. This will aid in learning and working within breakout groups during the course.
- Ensure that MS Project software is installed, up-to-date, and logged in.
