I can't recommend Land Co. highly enough! The quality of the work they did on our San Francisco yard was really incredible - our yard looks fantastic (a mix of turf, pavers, retaining walls, mulch, and new plants/trees). I compared quotes with a couple other landscapers prior to starting service, and Land Co's was the most reasonable one by far. They were highly professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Dave took his time to explain various options to us throughout the process so we could make informed decisions when choices came up, and he was highly communicative any time something unexpected happened during the process. The results were fantastic. We trust Land Co with our yard projects very much, and highly recommend them to others.

Landco is amazing. They took a design that we had done by someone else and helped improve it and brought it to life! They were very professional in all communications and were very easy to work with. The crew was extremely helpful and was quick to bring any questions to us quickly when something didn't seem right, if they needed clarification on any details, or when they may have an idea to improve a feature.

One of the most important things to me was that they wanted to make sure we were happy with all of the work, which we were.

Land Co is the real deal. The owner Dave responds promptly and detailed oriented. They installed a semi-in ground swimming pool which turned out perfect. This company can do it all, looking forward to working with Land Co on future backyard projects.

We recently used Landco to renovate our backyard and are very pleased with the results! We did our research and got multiple quotes from other landscape companies. Dave came out the day after we requested a quote to walk through our yard and talk with us about the project. We were very impressed with him, and the quote and timeline for the renovation was reasonable.
From the very beginning of the project Dave would provide his professional expertise to help us achieve our vision for the yard. Our daily interaction with the crew was very positive, -- they are experienced, efficient, courteous and respectful. They showed up on time, worked hard, and would clean up the yard daily. Dave was onsite at least once each day to check in with his crew and walk through the progress with us. The work we had done included new flagstone walkways, new sod and irrigation system, a large tree removal and new trees planted, new fence/gates installed, large garden boxes built, and flowers/shrubs planted, -- this team can do it all! We highly recommend Landco and would do business again without hesitation.

Dave and his crew did a really great job with my yard renovation. From finding creative and effective drainage solutions, to amending soil, to the actual planting and landscaping, I am so glad I chose Land Co. (also Green Designs).

The crew was super friendly and professional. Michelle in the office is awesome. The pricing was fair. Communication with Dave could have been better and there are still a few items left at my house, but overall I'm very happy with the job they did and I totally recommend them if you're planning on doing any work to your yard. They are thorough, flexible, knowledgeable, and do quality work.

We recently had a fence and retaining wall built by Landco. Dave and his team are really nice people who worked hard and did a great job.
Great craftsmanship, place was left clean and their prices are very reasonable. As with all constructions and especially these times, the job took longer than expected but we are happy with the turnout. Highly recommend this company we sure will hire them for future projects. Thanks Dave and crew!

We used Landco to expand our patio and build a new retaining wall. David was very on-point with pricing and straightforward with what would be entailed with the renovation. It took a bit longer due to the rain we had gotten, but looks fabulous. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for the quality of craftsmanship, professionalism, and competency of workers.

We contracted w/ Land Co for a new colored concrete driveway. While their landscaping and other services may be good quality, our experience was otherwise. To be honest, our driveway had its challenges: curving, an island, sloping down from carport to street. But we ended up with multiple cracks and uneven coloration. We also had to do some clean-up of concrete splashes on surrounding surfaces and picking up re-bar pieces. Communication pre-job about expectations and risks, could've been better. We also had to text/email them a number of times to check-in on future visits. Perhaps smaller concrete jobs on flatter grades (walkways, patios, etc.) may be better suited to their skills? Otherwise, we found Land Co to be friendly and honest.

The company responded promptly with the estimates we requested. I think their quotes were on the high end, however.
