These guys are awesome! They fixed our fire fire suppression system, which was leaking, and returned to maKe sure things were ok when we had a water pressure drop. Great fixers and i recommend them to anyone who's had this issue!

The techs at JR Wagner are really nice and professional. We had hired them twice for two separate jobs.

We recently need an inspection for all our townhomes in our HOA. They sent one of their best techs (Donnie). He was very thorough and comprehensive with his inspection of our homes. He was also careful with turning the water on or off too quickly so that the change in pressure wouldn't cause leaks or the pipe to burst.

When he came back to address the issues found in the initial report, he again was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we were compliant and pass inspections. They also generated the inspection reports for the insurance company very quickly when we told them our insurance was demanding to see proof of our system working. Donnie is one of the best techs the company has.

Another job, we had a leaky sprinkler head in our home. The tech (Manuel) was very careful and professional. He covered the ground underneath the area he was working to keep the floor clean. He was careful not to turn the water on/off too quickly so that the change in pressure would not cause more leaks and more headaches.

He also made sure to stay a while after the repairs to be sure there wasn't more leaks. He didn't overtighten the sprinkler head because that could crack other parts and that head would continue to leak.

All in all, we're satisfied with the quality of work performed and professionalism shown to us by the techs. We will look to JR Wagner for our fire protection needs in the future and not hesitate to refer them to others who need their fire sprinklers serviced.

Honest, Competent, Polite, Efficient.

Our sprinkler had been leaking, unknown to us, for years. Finally one day, a puddle appeared, and I was able to determine the source of the leak- a slow drip from one of the elbows on the orange CPVC pipe. It was buried in the ceiling, so I cut out a square around it to allow for easy access. Unless you find the idea of turning your house into an indoor water park attractive, I don't suggest attempting to repair CPVC sprinkler pipe yourself. It's not as easy as it looks. Don't ask how I know that.

We called JR Wagner on a Sunday, and they suggested that if we could wait until Monday during business hours, rates would be much cheaper since it wouldn't be an emergency call. We took their advice and called back on Monday.

We e-mailed them a picture as well as told them the size of the pipe, and the parts we thought were involved. They quoted us the price for the repair over the phone before work began so we knew what we were getting into.

That same morning, Foreman John arrived promptly, got right to work, and explained the repairs that he made when he was finished. He was extremely kind, polite, and a pleasure to talk to. The repairs he made appeared to be of the highest quality and it looks stronger than when it was new. It worked the first time, no leaks.

You just can't put a price on the service they provide. It's fantastic.

Had a leak coming from our fire sprinkler system that was getting worse by the hour, we couldn't find anyone to come out until a few days, JR Wagner were prompt and had someone come out early the next day. Donnie came out at starting working on it right away. Donnie was able to pinpoint he problem and fix it. These guys were awesome and were the only ones who were able to come out quickly with a fair price.

This business is a total fraud: they make an initial report (you pay for it) that will decline the certification.
The report will tell you that you have to correct x amount of problems.
And if you want to pass the certification you have to specifically order the fixing from this company.
And of course they will charge you 500% the market price...

I had a leaky fire sprinkler repair a few years back. Subsequently we fixed the water damage, replaced the floor and when the repair failed I was devastated.

I called several 24/7 plumbers and when they realized it was fire sprinkler repair, no one wanted to touch the repair.

Desperate I made a call to JR Wagner Fire Protection and Rick quickly dispatched Manuel to make the repair. Manuel was extremely meticulous and made the repair in our attic in order the save the mess of the Sheetrock repair for another day. With the holidays coming up, this was a very nice gesture.

He is consistent in providing me good direction and detail so my fire code project can be completed! Manual who did the install of risers, sprinklers is really the best at what he does with the install and attention to details.

We contacted this company over the weekend, received an estimate and then didn't schedule because we were giving another plumber a try. That didn't work and ultimatley lead to an even bigger issue. The bottom line is...if you have a fire sprinkler water issue you need to call these people. They are specialists and worth what you pay in service, professionalism and resolving the issue.
