"Oil leaking from their trucks" - Green Services has worked for approximately four weeks in my neighborhood in the Harris Ranch area. I took pictures of the oil and saw the oil dripping from their engine bottom of their truck near the storm drains. On September 19, 2023, I contacted and informed Green Services of their leaky trucks and was told by the office person that the "person in charge" said that they can park their trucks anywhere on the street as it was public property.
My concern is the possibility of polluting our rivers where people fish and swim and the continued cavalier attitude of Green Services on this issue.

I have had thier Pest Control service for a year and was very pleased with the product itself. The communication from the company is horrible! Sometimes they send an email letting me know that they're going to come and sometimes they don't. Sometimes there is an email saying that they've been here and sometimes there isn't. My final billing of last year was lost in my promotional emails and instead of contacting me via telephone or sending a billing via snail mail I was sent to collection. I have since paid it with a $61 difference and nobody seems to know why. I have left multiple messages and sent an email with multiple addresses without response prior to today. The girl in the office, Julia, implied that I was lying and just did not pay my bill. She was rude. I am told that I can never have the service again because I went to collection which is fine as long as I get my billing difference back. There are a lot of companies that provide this same service with a product as good with better communication. My mother indicated that she had a similar experience with Julia and the billing, but noticed prior to going to collection. I'm sure when she hears about this experience she will not want to keep this service for a larger property either. They really don't seem to care about thier customers.

It did not work on the weeds this year. They told me I could cancel anytime. When I told them I wanted to cancel after the latest reapplication did nothing. They proceeded to charge me plus finance charge every month. Their manager also threatened me with false allegations, so ridiculous. Please do not waste your money.

I thought this company was good, until they treated my lawn without permission. I have dogs, and they could have ran off, or got into the lawn after spraying. Apparently they think they can just help themselves to your lawn if they can get in your gate. Not good....
Made some lame excuse they changed their policy and instead of calling they emailed me. No notice they were changing. I went on vacation in Aug, gave gate code to have lawn treated, again (only while I was gone), assuming they actually treated my lawn, I got no billing, until 2 months later.
They change employee's like underwear, never know who is going to show up at your house each time the lawn is treated. Bad customer service in the office as well.....
If you can't keep up the demand, don't continue to run your business.
Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a tree in my yard that was sick. It could have fallen on my house if left alone! Christopher came over and took care of it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends.

Have always done a great job on my last property as well as my current. Employees have always been helpful and very polite.
