TML always provides the best service! I highly recommend the PLUS service as it has saved us $$$.
When our A/C wasn't working this summer, TML came out right away and had it up and running.
When our furnace wasn't working this morning and we woke up to a COLD house, Dusty from TML was here first thing in the morning, diagnosed the problem, returned with the correct parts, and had the furnace up and running by noon.

This company is awful.
I scheduled to have someone come out twice and both times they never showed up and never gave me a curtsey call. They wasted 5 hours of my day cause I was waiting for someone to show up.
Definitely not worth it.

Don't use TML.
In 2018, we had TML install a new heat pump system. Three years later it started to fail. We had TML out no less than 4 times to try and fix the issue. Of course the final fix cost to my husband and I was 25% of the original cost of the furnace. After the "fix" the previously quiet furnace still blew incredibly loud and still didn't run correctly. Now at year 5.5, the main board in the outside unit is no longer working, so we are heating with space heaters. TML wants to sell us a new system!!!!! TML Boise. Horrible, avoid at all cost- it will definitely cost you a pretty penny. They redesigned our system, separated upstairs from downstairs. 3 bedrooms are either freezing or roasting. Their response is that you can't close your bedroom doors???? If we want a solution, they expected us to come up with an answer- TML service experts are NOT experts nor do they believe in service. Worst company.

Been with TML for 8-9 yrs now and they have always provided me with friendly knowledgeable service. They have been quick to respond (same day) when my air conditioner went down and their prices are comparable.

Feb 13, 2023Previous reviewCalled to have the hvac worked on. Guy said he was going to come back on Monday at 8 am. Umm no call. Called the company back ,they said that the tech said he was sick. The new tech got here at 1240 pm from this company we was told he would be here at 12. I would never used this company at all ever. I'll keep you updated on how the repairs goes. Plus called to see if they could come out on Sunday to fix the hvac system because we had no heat no one called us back at all. There NOT a 24 hour service company

TML has to be the worst company I have dealt with . Work not completed. Poor design on installation causes us problems every winter . 3 trips to their office and many phone calls has went ignored . My recommendation is USE SOMEONE ELSE not TML.

We made an appointment to have our air conditioning and heating unit serviced. TML sent out Bryce who was both very efficient and knowledgeable. Bryce was also very respectful of our house and our pets. We will be using them again to maintain our HVAC system.

Called for broken AC and they said we will send someone out tomorrow. They never came or called. Called them the next day the apologized and could not find the appointment but promised to come out the next day. They did come out the next day and almost 800 dollars later fixed the fan however the AC I'd still not completely fixed. It's currently 80 degrees in my home. I called again, fist time disconnected. 2nd time I reached someone and they said they could send someone out again tomorrow but it would be a 99 dollar fee to assess the issue. I told them I already paid almost 800 today and the first 99 dollars I paid didn't result in a fully correct assessment so I don't belive I should pay that again. We will see if they come tomorrow and if so what they say. . .
