Jose has been working in construction, following in the footsteps of his father who worked for H.E. Davis before it was acquired by Sunroc, for about 27 years. He started as a laborer and moved up to become an equipment operator. Sunroc's core value of "We Value People" has provided Jose with the necessary training and tools to be successful in his job. Jose briefly left Sunroc to work for another construction company but quickly returned as he found that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. He enjoys working with his father and plans to stay with Sunroc for the long haul due to the ample room for growth and promotion that the company provides. #sunroc #sunroccareers
