To maintain healthy and growing trees, it’s essential to provide them with the right attention. That means regular tending and care to make sure they continue to bloom. Colin S., Account Manager in Burnsville, MN knows the same rings true when it comes to partnerships. "Providing customers with the right equipment that enhances job site efficiency, profitability and safety is a passion of mine. That paired with knowing our service and support helps keep their machines up and running is what it’s all about." Happy Arbor Day. We're grateful for those who continue to care for our trees on the daily. 🌲

In our business, it's all about connections. That's why a few months ago John Deere announced a partnership with SpaceX — to ensure farmers have the satellite connection they need to run their precision ag technology, with new and existing equipment. “Satellite will help us bring automation and autonomy to our customers. It will help make farmers more productive, more profitable, and more sustainable,” says Ryan Krogh, John Deere's Global Combine Business Manager. “High-speed satellite connectivity is what will help us feed, fuel, and clothe the growing population." You don't buy a new house because your walls are in need of an upgrade (though the thought might cross our minds during especially tedious painting sessions!), you give it an upgrade. 🎨 Just as a touch of paint can breathe new life into a room, you should consider looking at your equipment through the same lens. Your planter may be firing on all cylinders, it just needs an enhancement to ensure you're getting the most of it. This is where a precision upgrade can come in handy. https://lnkd.in/gnEnq3_V

High stakes, ticking clocks and intense competition in real-world industry challenges — better known as the SkillsUSA Minnesota Championship! This year, the RDO store in Dayton, MN, had the incredible opportunity to host the Diesel Technology competition, where more than 50 high school and college students put their skills to the test and showcased their expertise in 13 unique and challenging stations, all designed to replicate real work the students would perform in careers in the equipment industry. "The students who participate in SkillsUSA gain experience outside of the classroom and training that will create future leaders in our industry. The talents they display, supported by industry professionals create a blueprint for future job site success," says Andy Luikens, RDO's Recruiting Program Manager.

The work you do takes time, it's hard and it doesn't stop. The service you receive after the sale of a machine shouldn't either. With the unique demands your job site faces, it’s important to have a partner at your side, working to keep you up to speed on what's going on with your equipment and the industry. Take Jim Prior, Recycling and Forestry Specialist, for example. He keeps his eyes out for grinding jobs and he makes sure his customers know about them so they have the opportunity to bid on these projects. Examples like this are how we win together, days, months or years after the sale of your machine. https://lnkd.in/g9WhVA7S #vermeer #service #partnership
