JUST COMPLETED ✅ Sno-Isle Edmonds Library 650 Main St, Edmonds, WA | Complete Renovation After a burst pipe left the Sno-Isle Edmonds Library sitting in about 2 inches of standing water, we moved quickly to get this important piece of the Edmonds community back up and running! Thankfully very few books were damaged, so after they were all removed we performed a full demo, including stripping the first two feet of drywall and all of the carpet.The renovation itself took about 8 months. Flashback Friday ➡️ The Community Transit Renovation! Its been 2 years since we completed this fabulous project...take a look! This project was the complete remodel of a concrete tilt building for Community Transit in Everett, WA. This two-story, 70,000 square foot building was equipped with all new electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural upgrades. It also included a new data center, lighting, A/V communications, and all new furniture and finishes. Moving some dirt today!💪🚜 The end is in sight for Bellis Fair Tiny Homes. The Second Half of the Block Wall is going in, and should be wrapping up soon. Concrete and Asphalt will both be starting up in early-mid May, and that will signify the essential end of the project which is slated to have all the major portions of the job wrapped up at the end of May. In this technical and administrative support role some responsibilities include: - Managing project leads database and work with team to keep updated - Assisting in preparing and the maintenance of Faber’s directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors - Reading and understanding project specifications and bid instructions. Assembling bid forms, ordering bonds and verifying insurance requirements - Assisting Estimators and Preconstruction team members with takeoffs, bid solicitation, estimates, project setup, document control and other preconstruction tasks, as requested and more! Working all day and night to get this one done! For tonight's work on the Woburn Sanitary Sewer Replacement project, we are working on pre leveling the crown of the roadway in preparation for the final installation of asphalt.  We are looking to have all paving completed by the end of next week!  This project replaced failing sewage infrastructure along Woburn and upsized the lines in order to accommodate future expansion.  This also has an element of restoration of the surrounding landscape and installation of fresh asphalt and line striping along the Woburn arterial. #generalcontractor #constructionmanager #construction #civilwork #civilconstruction #nightshift #contractor #commercialconstruction

A Day on Site: Construction Surveyor Today we joined our construction surveyor, Nate, at our Stillaguamish RV Resort project. Today Nate staked out the centerpoints for 4 retaining walls around the clubhouse. Nate surveys all of our civil projects, and although we only saw him in the field today, the other half of his job is going through site plans and creating models for our projects!
